André Leon Talley was one of a kind. In his luxuriously gregarious style. In his dramatic pronouncements and encyclopedic knowledge of fashion history. And in his dizzyingly fabulous career that blazed a trail through the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Institute, Interview, Women’s Wear Daily and most famously, Vogue.

Talley, who passed away January 19, was Tory Daily’s Cat’s Meow in 2013. He shared his singular point of view on high-end sheets, LBDs and Patti Labelle’s best decade. Read the original post here.
