To kick off our Entertaining Issue, we turned to Tory’s own vegetable garden and its seasonal offerings for a little summer menu inspiration. A sweet corn soup to cool off the palette, savory grilled flatbread, that classic combination of juicy tomatoes and creamy burrata cheese… finished off with a just-sweet-enough combination of baked fruit and tangy balsamic.
