A psychology major, I began my journey by sharing pictures of my daily outfits, lifestyle and inspirations through social media. After the birth of my son Georgie, I decided to extend my reach and content by launching my blog Karen’s Choice, through which I share stories and opinions on topics I am passionate about, such as fashion, motherhood, travel, home decor and beauty.

In January 2016 I founded my personal blog due to my growing popularity regionally and internationally. I would say I gained popularity for documenting my fashion and decor finds along with my day-to-day life of being a mother of three, who are under two years old. I use my platforms to encourage young women and mothers by giving a non-censored preview into my world of being a mother, wife and entrepreneur.
First fashion memory…
Probably playing dress up in my mother’s closet. It was so much fun and actually still is. ;p
My personal style tip…
I shop based on outfits, so I usually buy a top making sure I have a bottom that matches. It makes choosing what to wear so much easier.
My regulars are my wallet, my portable charger, my lipstick of the day, probably a pacifier (lol), daily planner, wet wipes (saviours)
The two sides to my personality…
Calm and wild. I love to sit home, and enjoy chilling with my husband over a home-cooked meal and a movie. Another side of me loves to explore, travel, stay up and party.
The key to balancing work and family/life…
Being organized and staying positive are the keys to juggling things while staying sane.
What I love about having twins…
Double the fun. Double the cuteness. Double the love. A pure blessing.
And my advice to would-be moms with twins…
Accept that you will have sleepless nights and you will probably find yourself talking to yourself like a crazy person, but also know that it will get better and your little angels will eventually sleep and you will be able to enjoy them and yourself like crazy!
