Whether you’re together under one roof or checking in with a daily (or thrice-daily) phone call, no one deserves to be celebrated more than Mom—especially on Mother’s Day, the date moms rule the world even more than usual. For this Mother’s Day, Tory Daily asked friends of the brand to fill out a festive-feeling Mad Lib for the leading ladies in their lives. They did anything but disappoint.

Tokyo-based model Hikari Mori reminisces on her and her mom’s trips to Arizona visiting “Nona,” while Grazia China Deputy Editor-in-Chief and Fashion Director Maggie Mao handed her mad lib over to her 8-year-old daughter Issa, who, alongside brilliant doodles, describes her mother as “kind,” “brave” and “selfless.” (We couldn’t agree more, Issa!)

New York-based psychiatrist Samantha Boardman M.D., offers a colorful glimpse into three generations, describing her mother as a never-ending source of “infallible wisdom” and “uncompromising decency,” while her young daughter Vivian adds her personal touch to the page. Fellow New Yorker—and O Magazine Creative Director—Adam Glassman appreciates his mother’s superpower of “seeing people for who they truly are.”

母親と同じ屋根の下で暮らしている人もいれば、離れて暮らしていて毎日1回（もしくは3回！）の電話をかかさない人もいると思います。関係性は人それぞれですが、どのような関係にせよ、母親ほど感謝すべき存在はいないでしょう。
